DOCUTECH ASSURANCE was conceived in 2008, in San Diego, California and has matured at a rapid rate to provide a needed service to the insured public.
The insurance industry, its policies and its procedures has become more complicated over the years. But, what has remained the same is that full protection of your assets starts with the documentation of those assets BEFORE a loss AND the proper insurance policy for your unique needs.
Our executive team has over 83 years of experience in the Personal & Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance Industry in the areas of underwriting, claims, operations and audits which has prepared us to fully understand the insured public’s needs and has given us ability to address these much needed services for you.
DOCUTECH ASSURANCE was created to provide both inventory and policy assessment services to home and business owners. The inventory service will allow speedy handling of a submitted insurance claim. The policy assessment service will assist in providing more accurate coverage analysis for the customer’s physical assets. The combination of both services will help ensure our customer’s financial protection and provide them with peace of mind.
Over the past few years, in various parts of the United States, many people have experienced unexpected losses of their homes and businesses due to a variety of events from vandalism, burglary, wildfires, hurricanes, tornadoes and earthquakes.
The problems most owners face AFTER a disaster or loss is that while coping with their related emotional and immediate physical needs, they must additionally deal with the insurance company’s claim submission process. These owners must accurately recall their personal assets and provide a proof of loss that includes some form of documentation of those assets.
