
DocuTech Technician
JOB DESCRIPTION
Part Time - *flexibility to advance to full time permanent

REQUIREMENTS:

Must have the ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers who may require a high level of patience, tact and diplomacy.
Ability to follow our system to provide potential customers with accurate information of our services.
Can quickly adapt to using various types of office equipment including digital cameras, scanners, calculators, computers and digital pens.
Possess a high school diploma with preference given to one year professional level work experience in a customer service environment.
Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Bilingual preferred (Spanish).
Undergo and pass a background check and drug testing.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Watching body language, listening carefully to our potential customer to understand their asset protection needs.
2. Memorize and accurately communicate to the potential customer the company’s scripted information related to our Services.
3. Have direct involvement and handle complications, customer complaints as they arise by immediately contacting the manager who will provide on the spot assistance.
4. When needed ask the client targeted questions in order to provide accurate information about the service the company provides for their assets documentation and policy review needs.
5. Perform basic mathematical calculations using a calculator/computer.
6. Follow established guidelines and procedures for sales/marketing/customer service interfacing.
7. Ensure customer high satisfaction in accordance to DocuTech’s standards.
8. Take verbal instructions while taking notes to properly perform each project.
9. Ability to work with office equipment such as copy, fax, digital camera and computer machines.
10. Exhibit excellence in customer service and the ability to serve others.
11. Immediate attention given to customers when entering their home or business in accordance with DocuTech’s standard of operation.
12. Due to the cyclical nature of the industry the DocuTech Technicians may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the company.
